Ravi Sinha is a first-year doctoral student in the Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences Program at Utah State University. He started his journey in recreational Science Education, designing simple toys and activities that can be used to elicit scientific concepts. Later, he got interested in Makerspaces and worked closely with groups exploring how to bring maker-focused education to mainstream education. Ravi is deeply interested in designing user experiences and learning environments which afford diverse participation in the context of maker-centered STEM education. He also enjoys participating in outreach activities in science communication.
