Julie Lamarra, a doctoral student, currently teaches in the Outdoor Product Design and Development program at USU. She has helped develop and implement new curriculum and courses taught in the major, specifically; Color Theory (3400), Digital Technologies I (4420), and Digital Technologies II (4430). Julie has extensive experience working with the adobe creative suite, graphic design, web design, and photography. Her research interests fall into the realm of maker spaces, learning by doing, and utilizing holographic technology and e-textiles to enhance the learning environment in higher education. Along with intellectual endeavors Julie is also a 200 level registered yoga instructor and avid mountain lover.
